  • 1. Selective Concrete Cover Removal
  • – Remove existing cover concrete where required to expose the substrate.
  • 2. Anchorage & Bolt System Installation
  • – Install anchorage plates and set/consolidate concrete bolts for tendon bearing.
    3. Tendon Placement & Tensioning
  • – Position steel strands (tendons), grease/grout ducts, then jack to the specified prestress level.
    4. Shotcrete Overlay Application
  • – Apply a 5–10 cm layer of shotcrete (UHPC-compatible if desired) over the tensioned strands.
    5. Strand Release & Anchorage Removal
  • – Cut or release prestressing strands and dismantle temporary anchorage hardware.
